Caroline RecordGreenbaum partner Caroline Record, who co-chairs the firm’s Community Association practice, will be a presenter for the Community Associations Institute New Jersey Chapter’s (CAI-NJ) "2026 Mediator Training" program, which will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2026 from 9:30am- 4:00pm at the offices of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP in Iselin.

Mediation is a non-adversarial approach in which a neutral party, the mediator, guides disputing parties through the resolution process to reach a mutually acceptable agreement. CAI-NJ is hosting this program for a limited number of registrants to fill the critical need of providing affordable mediation services by persons who are experienced in community association matters.

Caroline is a CAI-NJ ADR Program trained mediator and ADR training instructor who concentrates her practice in community association law, dealing with the unique issues that impact common interest communities such as condominium and homeowner associations (HOAs) and cooperatives. She counsels her clients in managing a broad range of issues.

Registration for this training program is limited and can be accessed on the CAI-NJ website.
