The firm’s Corporate Department recently represented a New Jersey-based client that purchases and sells original equipment parts, replacement parts and cores for automobiles both within the United States and internationally, in its multi-million dollar acquisition by a public corporation with offices in the United States and abroad.

Corporate Department Partner Hal W. Mandel and Associate Senwan H. Akhtar handled the transaction, which involved complex corporate, tax, financing, real estate, insurance, environmental and employment issues. Anthony Giountikos (Counsel) and Martin E. Dollinger (Partner) in the firm’s Real Estate Department provided assistance with the real estate aspects of the transaction, and David A. Roth (Partner) in the firm’s Environmental Department provided assistance with the environmental aspects of the transaction. Thomas C.
