Dennis A. Estis, a partner in the Woodbridge office of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, has become a Fellow of the National Conference of Bar Presidents (NCBP). Founded in 1950, the NCBP provides information and training to state and local bar association leaders. Former bar leaders join the Fellows of the NCBP to contribute to the education of current bar officers and to stay abreast of issues facing the bar. Estis is immediate past president of the Middlesex County Bar Association. He is listed in the 2005-2006 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the Construction Law category.

Estis is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and chairs the Construction Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in the area of complex litigation, particularly relating to condominiums, construction defects, lender liability, general business disputes, alternate dispute resolution, and environmental concerns. He is a member of the New Jersey Judiciary’s Roster of Mediators, a past chair of the Construction Litigation Committee of the Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association (ABA), and serves as a member of the ABA's Forum on the Construction Industry. Estis has served as chair of the Equity Jurisprudence Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) and is a member of the Construction and Public Contracts Section of the NJSBA. He is also a member of the NJSBA’s General Council and was elected to the NJSBA Nominating Committee in 2004. He is also a member of the Middlesex County Bar Foundation Board of Trustees and of the College of Community Association Lawyers. He has authored books and articles dealing with condominium and association law and is a frequent lecturer on the topic.
