Dennis A. Estis, a partner in the Woodbridge office of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, has been named Chair of the Judicial & Prosecutorial Committee (JPAC) of the Middlesex County Bar Association (MCBA). The Committee is charged with reviewing judicial appointments, judicial reappointments and county prosecutor appointments in conjunction with the compact between the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Governor’s office.

Estis, a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and chair of its Construction Practice Group, has served as a member of JPAC since 2003 and is a past president of the MCBA. He concentrates his practice in the area of complex commercial litigation and ADR, especially relating to construction and condominium law. Estis has represented a number of developer/corporations, profit and non-profit, numerous condominium associations and cooperative corporations, and many diverse parties in numerous construction cases. He is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Foundation Board of Trustees and a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s General Council and Nominating Committee. He is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and received his law degree from New York University School of Law.
