The law firm of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP announces that Arren S. Goldman, Darren C. Barreiro, Olivier Salvagno, Steven Nudelman, resident in the firm’s Woodbridge office, and Dina M. Vanides and Hany A. Mawla, resident in the firm’s Roseland office, have been named partners of the firm. Goldman is a member of the Real Estate Department and Barreiro, Salvagno, Nudelman, Vanides and Mawla are all members of the Litigation Department.
 
Goldman’s practice encompasses commercial real estate transactions, brokerage law, complex mortgage and asset-based financing, zoning and land use applications, leasing, real estate tax appeals, local government law, redevelopment law, residential real estate transactions and environmental matters. He is a graduate of Brandeis University, magna cum laude, and received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark. Goldman is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.

Barreiro focuses on commercial and real estate litigation, with a particular emphasis in Chancery (Equity) matters. He is a graduate of Rutgers College, Rutgers University and received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark. Barreiro is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Salvagno concentrates on complex commercial litigation in the federal and state courts. He is an honors graduate of Rutgers College and received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. Salvagno is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Nudelman is experienced in complex construction litigation, title insurance defense litigation and general commercial litigation. A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, cum laude, he received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School, cum laude. Nudelman is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.

Vanides concentrates her practice on family law. She is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, magna cum laude, and received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, cum laude. Vanides is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Mawla is primarily involved in the litigation of matrimonial, non-matrimonial and other complex family law related matters. A graduate of Rutgers University, he received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
