Sirot, resident in the firm’s Roseland office, previously served as a summer associate with the firm in 2002. He is a graduate, magna cum laude, of Rutgers University (1996) and received his law degree from the Rutgers University School of Law-Newark (2003), where he served as editor-in-chief of the Rutgers Law Record. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Benhabib, resident in the firm’s Woodbridge office, concentrates her practice in criminal defense and business litigation. Previously, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Barry T. Albin, Associate Justice, Supreme Court of New Jersey; the Honorable Freda L. Wolfson, United States Magistrate Judge, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey; and the Honorable Philip S. Carchman, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Benhabib is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. She received her law degree from Rutgers School of Law, Camden (2000), where she served as an associate editor of the Rutgers Law Journal. She is a member of the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey and the New Jersey State, Middlesex County and Monmouth County Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
