Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith, Ravin, Davis & Himmel LLP announces the expansion of its Product Liability Practice in its Litigation Department with the addition of Robert M. Goodman and C. Brian Kornbrek as partners and Andrea Silverstein Glaser and Adam B. Kaplan as associates. Goodman and Kornbrek specialize in the defense of product manufacturers and represent manufacturers in many industries including numerous motor vehicle manufacturers and distributors and manufacturers and distributors of motor vehicle component parts.

Goodman concentrates his practice in product liability matters, complex commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense law and is a member of the Product Liability Advisory Council. From 1978-1984, he was an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey, and served as Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division from 1982-1984.
He is a member of the New Jersey State and American Bar Associations and serves as a trustee of the Association of the Federal Bar of the State of New Jersey. He is also a member of the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; Master, Arthur T. Vanderbilt American Inn of Court; member of the Essex County Fee Arbitration Committee; and served as a member of the Essex County District Ethics Committee from 1989-1995. He was an instructor in trial advocacy for the United States Department of Justice, Attorney General’s Advocacy Institute, from 1982-1984. Goodman is admitted to practice in the States of New Jersey (1976) and New York (1977) and numerous federal courts.
Kornbrek concentrates his practice in the defense of product liability claims and commercial litigation. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey (1992), New York (1993), the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (1992), the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (1998), and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York (2000).
Adam B. Kaplan is admitted to practice in New Jersey (2002), Pennsylvania (2002) and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Andrea Silverstein Glaser is admitted to practice in New Jersey (2002).
All four attorneys will be located in the firm’s Roseland office.
