The law firm of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP announces that Christopher Jerry, Laura Fisher and Jo Ann Gambale have joined the firm as associates. Mr. Jerry and Ms. Gambale are located in the firm’s Woodbridge office and Ms. Fisher works out of the Roseland office.

Jo Ann Gambale practices in the Tax, Trusts & Estates Department. She concentrates her practice in the area of estate planning, wills and trusts, estate administration, and probate and trust litigation. She handles all aspects of Federal and state taxation work, including representing individual and corporate clients before the Internal Revenue Service, the state tax authorities, and in the United States Tax Court. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the California State Bar Taxation Section, Past Chair of the Corporate and Pass-Through Entities Committee of the California State Bar, Taxation Section and Past Co-Chair of the Taxation Section of the San Diego County Bar Association. Ms. Gambale received her B.A. from New York University, her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and her LL.M. from the University of San Diego School of Law.

Christopher Jerry has joined the firm’s Corporate Department. He concentrates his practice on general corporate representation. He has experience negotiating, drafting and counseling in all areas of corporate practice. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the corporate legal department of Cadbury Adams USA LLC, where he handled commercial contract drafting and negotiation, complex litigation and regulatory matters. Mr. Jerry received his B.A. from The University of Chicago and his J.D., with distinction, from The University of Iowa College of Law.

Laura Fisher, a member of the Family Law Practice Group, focuses her practice exclusively in the area of family law, including divorce, prenuptial agreements and marital settlement agreements. Before joining the firm she served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Sallyanne Floria, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Presiding Judge, Family Part. While attending law school she was a School Coordinator for the Sanctuary for Families Courtroom Advocates Project and Senior Board Member of the Domestic Violence Action Center. Ms. Fisher received her B.A. from Columbia College, Columbia University and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
