The law firm of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP announces that Michael G. D’Alba, Blakely D. Fishlin, Katie M. Holden, Julie B. Kushner, Christopher J. Ledoux, and Catherine S. Shimsky have joined the firm as associates and each will reside in the firm’s Woodbridge office.
 
D’Alba is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Allison E. Accurso, Superior Court of New Jersey. He attended Princeton University, after which he attended the J.W. Goethe-Universität in Frankfurt/Main, Germany for one year. D’Alba received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark.

Fishlin is also a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and previously served as a law clerk for Honorable Anthony J. Parrillo, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. She graduated with high honors from Rutgers University, Rutgers College, earned her MBA in finance from Rutgers Business School and received her law degree from Rutgers School of Law, Newark.

Holden has joined the firm’s Real Estate Department after serving as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James P. Hurley, Superior Court of New Jersey. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Travis L. Francis, Superior Court of New Jersey. She is a graduate, magna cum laude, of Pace University. She received her Master of City and Regional Planning from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy and earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark.

Kushner is a former summer associate of the firm and now a member of the Real Estate Department. She previously served as a legal intern for the Honorable John J. Hughes, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in Trenton. She also served as summer associate with the firm in 2005. After graduating summa cum laude from The Pennsylvania State University, Kushner received her law degree from The George Washington University Law School.

Ledoux, also a former summer associate, joined the firm’s Litigation Department. Previously he served as a legal intern for Tiffany and Company, New York. He also he served as a summer associate with the firm in 2005. Ledoux is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he studied at Universitat de Valéncia in Spain as a part of the University of Virginia Hispanic Studies Program, and he earned his law degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Shimsky is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. Before joining the firm, she served as a law student extern in the IRS Office of Chief Council, Newark, New Jersey. Shimsky also worked as a Business Analyst for Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals. She is a graduate of Georgetown University and received her law degree from Seton Hall Law School.
