Irene Hsieh, an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, has been appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to the Special Civil Part Practice Committee as designee of the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey (APALA-NJ).  Ms. Hsieh’s appointment to the committee, which provides the Court with rule, non-rule and statutory recommendations, is for the 2020-2022 term, effective September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2022. 

Ms. Hsieh currently serves on the APALA-NJ’s Board of Directors. She concentrates her practice in commercial litigation and has growing experience in the areas of trusts and estates, employment, and construction litigation, including work on behalf of clients in the building industry and academic sector. She is a member of the firm’s Employment Law and Higher Education Practice Groups.
