Madeline B. GayleGreenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce that Madeline B. Gayle has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Department.

Ms. Gayle assists in the firm's representation of clients in litigation matters, including research and analysis of case law, statutes and legislative history related to various areas of the law. Her experience encompasses drafting of legal memoranda and briefs. She provides support in all aspects of the litigation discovery process, including drafting document requests and oversight of document production protocols. She also provides support during trials and in all phases of trial preparation. Ms. Gayle brings valuable business acumen and perspective to the process of representing clients in litigation matters as a former small business owner in the retail sector.

Ms. Gayle is a member of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey. She was formerly a law clerk to The Hon. Garry S. Rothstadt, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, and a judicial intern to The Hon. Esther Salas, U.S. District Judge, District of New Jersey and The Hon. James J. Deluca, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division.

Ms. Gayle gained valuable experience as a paralegal specialist in the U.S. Attorney's Office, District of New Jersey and as a Greenbaum summer associate prior to joining the firm as an attorney. She received her J.D. cum laude from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark, holds an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix, and earned her B.A. from Fordham University. A former Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers University Law Review, she serves as a Trustee and Secretary of the Rutgers Law School Alumni Association. Ms. Gayle is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
