Our partner Alan E. Davis will receive a 2014 Robert N. Wilentz Lifetime Achievement Award from the Middlesex County Bar Association at the Bar’s 100th Anniversary Gala Dinner on Friday, June 13, 2014 at The Heldrich in New Brunswick.

The award has very special significance for Mr. Davis as it honors Robert N. Wilentz, a man who launched his introduction to the practice of law and remained an inspiration for many years to follow. Mr. Davis has been practicing business law for nearly five decades, and since 1984 has been a partner of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis. He is the Immediate Past Chair and a current member of the firm’s Corporate Department and Chair of the Automotive Dealership & Franchise Law Practice Group.

Litigation partner Andrea J. Sullivan will be installed as the Bar’s First Vice President for the 2014-2015 term at the Gala event. Ms. Sullivan, who is finishing up her term as Second Vice-President for 2013-14, is a member of the Bar’s Chancery Practice Committee and serves as Chair of the Chancery Settlement Program. She is also a member of the Women Lawyers section and previously served as Treasurer. In 2010, Ms. Sullivan was the recipient of the Robert J. Cirafasi Chancery Practice Award.

Ms. Sullivan's practice includes commercial litigation, estate litigation and matrimonial law. She is finely attuned to the financial and competitive practices that make companies and individuals successful in business and in the professional world. She represents professionals such as accountants, lawyers, and dentists in various types of actions from professional malfeasance to claims of fraud and attorneys in cases of alleged professional malpractice.
