The Middlesex County Bar Association (MCBA) will recognize two members of our firm - Dennis A. Estis and Jemi Goulian Lucey - at its annual Practice Area Awards Dinner, to be held at The Pines Manor in Edison on March 14, 2012.

Mr. Estis, a partner in our Litigation Department and Chair of the firm’s Construction Practice Group, will receive the MCBA’s 2012 Robert J. Cirafesi Chancery Practice Award, which honors the memory, integrity and professionalism of the longtime MCBA member who passed away in 2004. Mr. Estis focuses his practice on complex litigation, with an emphasis on matters related to construction, condominiums, general business disputes, real estate and alternative dispute resolution. An MCBA member for the past 25 years, he is a member and past Chair of the MCBA’s Chancery Practice Committee. 

Ms. Lucey is recipient of the MCBA’s 2012 Young Lawyers Award. As an Associate in our Litigation Department, she focuses her practice on commercial litigation, representing clients across a broad range of cases related to construction and engineering, civil fraud and business torts, commercial contract disputes, banking and commercial paper, professional malpractice, insurance, copyright, trademark and unfair trade practices. Ms. Lucey serves as Co-Chair of the MCBA’s Young Lawyers Division.
