Andrea J. Sullivan, a partner in the Litigation Department of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP’s Woodbridge office, was installed as Secretary of the Middlesex County Bar Association at its annual dinner on May 11 at the Pines Manor in Edison.

Ms. Sullivan's practice includes commercial litigation, estate litigation and matrimonial law. She represents professionals such as accountants, lawyers, and dentists in various types of actions from professional malfeasance to claims of fraud and attorneys in cases of alleged professional malpractice.

Ms. Sullivan was the recipient of the 2010 Robert J. Cirafasi Chancery Practice Award from the Middlesex County Bar Association and was selected for NJBIZ magazine's Top 50 Women in Business in 2010. She is a past vice chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Equity Jurisprudence Committee and a trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Association. She serves as chair of the Middlesex County Bar Association Settlement Program and member of the Chancery Practice Committee.

Ms. Sullivan is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the Commercial Litigation category and is Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rated AV. She is a member of the Women Presidents' Organization and the Women Lawyers Section of the Middlesex County Bar Association. She is a past president of the Middlesex County Bar Foundation and member of the Finance and Scholarship Committees and immediate past president of the Board of Trustees of Central Jersey Legal Services.

Ms. Sullivan received her A.B., cum laude, from Mount Holyoke College and her J.D., with high honors, from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark.
