On Monday, September 27, 2021, Greenbaum partner Robert B. Hille will argue before the New Jersey Supreme Court as amicus on behalf of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA), which is seeking to clarify and limit when the Wilson Rule of automatic attorney disbarments should be applied.

Mr. Hille is a former NJSBA President, a member of the firm’s Criminal Defense & Regulatory Compliance Practice Group, and one of New Jersey’s leading attorney ethics lawyers. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court, both on behalf of parties and as a “friend of the court” to offer his advocacy and insights in matters impacting the regulation of lawyers in New Jersey.

The proceedings and Mr. Hille’s argument in the matter will be live streamed to the public on the Judiciary’s website beginning at 2:00pm.
