Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce that Greenbaum litigation partner Stephanie G. Reckord has been named Co-Chair of the firm’s Construction Disputes Practice Group.  She joins Dennis A. Estis in leading the group, which provides representation in all aspects of construction-related legal disputes and adversarial proceedings in conjunction with residential, commercial and public construction projects throughout New Jersey.

Ms. Reckord represents condominium associations and unit owners in construction-related matters including contract disputes, consumer fraud cases and RICO claims.  She also represents developers in arbitrations and litigation proceedings regarding construction defects, including buildings and heavy construction projects. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Construction Law Section and the American Bar Association Litigation Section’s Forum on Construction Law.

The members of the Construction Disputes Practice Group are litigators who have particular experience and depth of knowledge related to New Jersey’s regulatory structure and its impact on the state’s building and construction industry, providing representation in federal, state and municipal courts, as well as at hearings before local and county construction boards of appeal and the Office of Administrative Law (OAL). Clients in this area of the firm’s practice include developers and builders, property owners, common interest communities, general and specialty contractors, architects, design professionals, material suppliers, insurers, lenders and public sector entities.
