The Hon. Glenn Berman (Ret.), Of Counsel to the firm’s Litigation practice, is a contributor to the newly released 2025 Edition of the New Jersey Arbitration Handbook, an ALM | New Jersey Law Journal Books publication.

First published in 2017, this practical guide to arbitration serves as an essential resource for lawyers, demonstrating what they can expect in a typical arbitration hearing—and what will be expected of them. The volume is supplemented with topical case summaries from the pages of the New Jersey Law Journal, a recent case law index, and the pertinent statutes and rules. 

Judge Berman is an American Arbitration Association trained arbitrator who sits on the AAA’s Employment and Commercial Panels. Prior to his retirement from the bench, he served New Jersey’s Judiciary for over 20 years.
