W. Raymond Felton, Co-Managing Partner of the firm and Chair of the Corporate Department at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, has been selected Woodbridge Best Lawyers Mergers & Acquisitions Law Lawyer of the Year for 2012. He is the author of the book, Organization and Sale of Small Businesses published by the NJ Institute for Continuing Legal Education, 2010.

Mr. Felton received his B.A. from Rutgers College and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark.
