Matthew J. Schiller, a partner in the Real Estate Department, will be a speaker at NJICLE’s “2015 Real Estate Conference” on April 23, 2015 at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ. Mr. Schiller’s topic of discussion will be the impact of technology and the representation of technology/start-up firms in real estate transactions.
The annual Real Estate Conference focuses on timely topics in today’s challenging real estate market. The panel of real estate attorneys will discuss the industry’s most current and critical issues and will also explore the latest information surrounding the residential and commercial real estate industries.
Mr. Schiller concentrates his practice in commercial real estate law. His work encompasses a wide range of commercial real estate transactional and litigation matters throughout New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Mr. Schiller's transactional experience includes the acquisition, disposition, leasing and management of office, retail and industrial properties. He also represents special servicers in connection with loan workouts and modifications, foreclosures, REO sales and loan sales. In addition, Mr. Schiller’s practice includes seeking municipal and state land use approvals for commercial and residential developments.
