Ellen H. Marshall, Of Counsel in the firm’s Family Law Department, will be a panelist at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s 2016 Senior Lawyers Conference. The Conference will be held on April 11, 2016 at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick from 9:00am – 4:30pm.

Ms. Marshall focuses her family law practice on complex custody and economic issues. She appears in both trial and appellate courts. Ms. Marshall has been appointed guardian ad litem by courts in various forms of custody causes of action. She interfaces and works cooperatively with attorneys in the areas of estate planning, trust formation and administration, and criminal defense.
