Gary S. Forshner, Co-Chair of the firm’s Redevelopment & Land Use Department, will speak on the faculty of the “2017 Land Use Update” seminar, to be presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education in association with the New Jersey State Bar Association Land Use Law Section, the NJSBA Senior Lawyers Special Committee, and APA-NJ. The program will be held on Wednesday, March 29 from 9:00am – 4:00pm at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick.

Mr. Forshner concentrates his commercial real estate practice in the areas of land use, zoning, real estate development and redevelopment. He represents local, national and international developers, property owners and other business clients engaged in mixed use, residential, industrial, office, retail and affordable housing development projects. He is a past Chair of the NJSBA Land Use Law Section.
