Daniel Flynn will be a panelist at the “2018 Environmental Law Forum,” to be presented on Friday, June 22 – Sunday, June 24, 2018 at the La Mer Beachfront Inn in Cape May, NJ.  The annual Forum is presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the New Jersey State Bar Association Environmental Law Section.

Mr. Flynn will present on Friday, June 22 at 2:15pm as a member of a panel presentation on “Regulatory Updates and Analysis.”

Mr. Flynn is Counsel in the firm’s Environmental Department. His practice encompasses environmental litigation management and avoidance, and compliance with environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations and workplace safety and product stewardship laws.  He counsels clients on corporate compliance related matters, including the development and implementation of effective compliance and ethics programs. His experience in this area includes drafting corporate compliance-related policies, training corporate employees on compliance-related requirements, investigation of corporate non-compliance allegations and due diligence reviews of third parties to assure compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
