Gary S. Forshner, co-Chair of the firm’s Redevelopment & Land Use Department, will be on the faculty for a “2019 Land Use Update” full day seminar, to be presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 9:00am – 4:00pm at the New Jersey Law Center.  The seminar is presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Land Use Section, the NJSBA Senior Lawyers Special Committee and the APA-NJ.

This popular annual program allows attendees to gain a distinct and nuanced understanding of current developments impacting this area of law. Taught by leading attorneys in the field, the Land Use Update reviews the most recent regulatory, legislative and case law developments that every seasoned land use practitioner should know.

Mr. Forshner concentrates his commercial real estate practice in the areas of land use, zoning, real estate development and redevelopment. He represents local, national and international developers, property owners and other business clients engaged in mixed use, residential, industrial, office, retail and affordable housing development projects. Mr. Forshner provides sophisticated counsel and guidance across all phases of the project life cycle, including land use planning and approvals, permits and variances, appearances before municipal, county and state boards and agencies, and appeals of unfavorable land use decisions.  He is a past Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Land Use Section.
