Conor J. Hennessey, an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, will be a panelist at the “2023 Real Estate Conference,” to be presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education in cooperation with the NJSBA Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 from 9:00am – 3:00pm. The conference will be hosted in-person at the New Jersey Law Center and will also be broadcast as a live webinar.

This annual conference focuses on timely topics and critical issues in today’s challenging real estate market.  Mr. Hennessey will participate in a segment on broker attorney relationships. Other segments will focus on capital markets and commercial markets updates, cybersecurity and cyber insurance issues, residential real estate trends (including formal appraisals, surveys, title insurance and attorney opinion letters), a primer on distressed workouts, and an ethics discussion.

Mr. Hennessey concentrates his practice in civil litigation. His experience encompasses the representation of public entities and private businesses in both state and federal court, including commercial matters, personal injury cases, real estate brokerage disputes, constitutional claims and business disputes.
