David A. Roth, a partner in the firm’s Environmental Department, will lecture at “A Crash Course in OSHA,” to be presented by the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) on Friday, March 24, 2017 from 8:30am – 1:00pm at iPlay America in Freehold. Mr. Roth’s portion of the program will focus on “Designing a Competent Safety Program,” beginning at 9:50am.
The NJBIA is the largest statewide employer association in the country. The group’s 20,000 members represent every industry in New Jersey, including contractors, manufacturers, retail and wholesale businesses, and service providers of every kind. NJBIA member companies employ over 1 million people.
Mr. Roth has over 25 years of experience in the representation of companies, businesses and individuals in a wide variety of complex environmental, health and safety matters. He assists clients in successfully resolving compliance and enforcement issues that arise under federal and state statutes, including New Jersey’s Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) and Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Clean Water Act, the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), and Right-to-Know laws.
