Joseph A. Natale, an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, will be a panelist for the presentation “Best Practices Make Perfect: Law Firm Management, Structure, Disputes, and Succession Planning” at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2024 Annual Meeting and Convention. The program is scheduled for Thursday, May 16 from 8:30am – 10:00am in Luna at the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City.
This newly created program, sponsored by the Young Lawyers Division (YLD), will explore basic law firm management, structure, disputes, and succession planning. This program is designed for all attorneys in private practice or attorneys transitioning to private practice.
Mr. Natale focuses his practice on commercial litigation, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, construction litigation, and the defense of professional liability actions. His work on behalf of clients including large and small business entities, real estate developers, contractors, entrepreneurs, professional services firms and local government entities encompasses all aspects of state and federal litigation. He serves on the Executive Committee of the YLD and as a Trustee and Co-Chair of the Morris County Bar Association’s Construction Law Section.
