Mr. Natale concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract actions, construction disputes, municipal litigation, real estate and land use litigation, employment disputes, and the defense of professional liability actions. His work on behalf of clients encompasses all aspects of pre-trial, trial, chancery and appellate litigation at both the state and federal levels, as well as in private arbitration and administrative law forums.

Mr. Natale provides representation to a diverse range of clients, including large and middle market businesses, entrepreneurs, real estate developers, construction contractors, professional services firms and local government entities.

  • Helped to obtain a multi-million dollar recovery for a client in a business divorce proceeding brought in private arbitration concerning multiple real estate holding companies
  • Prevailed on a motion to dismiss a legal malpractice action brought in federal court against a prominent business litigation law firm
  • Successfully negotiated the return of a multiple six-figure permit fee over-assessment improperly levied by a municipality against a construction company in violation of the Uniform Construction Code
  • Secured the voluntary dismissal of a claim brought against a law firm for an alleged violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act through aggressive summary judgment motion practice
  • Represented the mayor of one of New Jersey’s largest cities in a lawsuit filed by its governing body concerning the delegation of statutory redevelopment powers
  • Helped to successfully defend on appeal, on behalf of a municipal police department, a Civil Service Commission decision to remove a police officer from employment as a law enforcement employee
