NJSBA 2018 Annual Meeting and Convention, Atlantic City
3:30pm – 5:00pm

Andrea J. Sullivan, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, will moderate and speak at the program “Breaking Up Is Hard To Do,” to be presented at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2018 Annual Meeting and Convention, which takes place May 16-18, 2018 at the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City.  Ms. Sullivan’s program is scheduled for Thursday, May 17 from 3:30pm – 5:00pm.

The Chancery Division is routinely called upon to engage in the thorny task of unwinding and separating the ongoing affairs of people, businesses, land interests, estates and trusts. This program will touch on the many ways in which the Chancery Division navigates this complex calling, with a focus on unfair competition, corporate divorces, and the procedural considerations associated therewith.

Ms. Sullivan is Co-Chair of the NJSBA Equity Jurisprudence Committee.  Her litigation practice encompasses the representation of individuals and business entities in commercial, estate, matrimonial, chancery litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. She has significant experience in handling contract and partnership disputes, actions involving closely held companies, oppressed minority shareholder litigation, hiring and termination of senior employees, non-compete issues, and other "business divorce” matters.
