Mitchel S. Kay will participate in a “Cannabis Roundtable” on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 from 5:00pm – 8:00pm.  The program, hosted by the Material Handling Society New Jersey, will be held at Maggiano’s Little Italy Restaurant in Bridgewater, NJ.

The MHSNJ is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting material handling professionals by providing an educational forum and fostering communication among New Jersey's manufacturing, warehousing and distribution practitioners.  Material Handling can be broadly defined as the science and art pertaining to the movement, storage, control and protection of goods and materials throughout the process of manufacturing, warehousing and distribution.

This roundtable discussion will explore how New Jersey is taking the idea of medical/recreational cannabis and turning it into a reality, and will seek to address questions concerning involvement in the cannabis industry.

Mr. Kay concentrates his practice in commercial and industrial real estate law, assisting clients in matters related to transactions throughout New Jersey and New York.  He also practices in the area of corporate law, assisting in the firm’s representation of clients in connection with the formation of corporate entities, joint ventures, intellectual property matters and various business transactions.  Mr. Kay earned the ANSI-accredited Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) credential through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
