Matthew J. Schiller, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Redevelopment & Land Use Departments, will moderate and speak at a program on “Hot Topics in Commercial Real Estate,” to be presented at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2018 Annual Meeting and Convention, which takes place May 16-18, 2018 at the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City. Mr. Schiller’s program is scheduled for Thursday, May 17 from 3:30pm – 5:00pm.
This program will explore significant and recent developments confronting commercial real estate transactions, including the potential impacts of federal tax reforms. Topics to be covered will include transactional, taxation, economic incentives and environmental issues.
Mr. Schiller concentrates his practice in commercial real estate law. His work encompasses a wide array of commercial real estate transactional, zoning, redevelopment, taxation and litigation matters throughout New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.
