Robert S. Goldsmith, Co-Chair of the firm’s Redevelopment & Land Use Department, will be a panelist for the “Hunterdon EV Municipal Ordinance Writing Workshop,” which will be hosted virtually on the Zoom platform by goHunterdon on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 9:00am – 10:30am.

Mr. Goldsmith will participate in a panel discussion that will provide municipal representatives with more guidance and best practices for developing a municipal ordinance that will be consistent with the New Jersey model ordinance.  

Mr. Goldsmith's practice focuses on redevelopment, downtown and urban revitalization, transit oriented development, project financing and incentives, sustainable building initiatives and public-private partnerships. His experience encompasses counseling clients on the specialized issues in redevelopment related to parking demand, design and construction.
