Robert S. Goldsmith, co-chair of the firm’s Redevelopment & Land Use Department, will be a presenter at the New Jersey Future 2019 Redevelopment Forum. This popular annual event will be held on March 8, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick.
Mr. Goldsmith will be a panelist for the IGNITE! REDEVELOPMENT Session from 11:00am – 12:30pm. First presented at last year’s Redevelopment Forum, this session will feature a series of “20-slides-in-five-minutes” presentations on interesting and offbeat topics related to redevelopment.
The New Jersey Redevelopment Forum brings together hundreds of attendees, including both government and private sector leaders, for a full day of innovative workshops, panel discussions and networking opportunities. Attendees include local and state officials, citizen activists, development professionals, architects, attorneys, planners, business leaders and students.
Mr. Goldsmith's practice focuses on redevelopment, downtown and urban revitalization, transit oriented development, project financing and incentives, sustainable building initiatives and public-private partnerships. His experience encompasses counseling clients on the specialized issues in redevelopment related to parking demand, design and construction.
