Emily A. Kaller, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, will be a panelist for the pre-dinner CLE program “Blazing Your Own Trail: Insights from Women Leaders of the Bench & Bar,” to be presented by the Middlesex County Bar Association Women Lawyers Section at a Retirement Dinner for The Honorable Jamie Happas. The event will take place on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 6:00pm – 9:00pm at the Pines Manor in Edison.

In addition to Ms. Kaller, the panelists for this presentation will be: The Hon. Yolanda Ciccone, Middlesex County Prosecutor; The Hon. Colleen Flynn, Presiding Judge, Criminal Division; Kimberly Yonta, NJSBA Immediate Past President; Megha Thakkar, MCBA 1st Vice President; and Rachel Holt, MCBA Secretary. The speakers will discuss their career paths, provide advice on handling unanticipated challenges along the way, and talk about the factors that impacted their career decision-making.

Ms. Kaller focuses her practice on commercial litigation. She has experience in the prosecution and defense of financing, credit and other banking matters, contract disputes including those arising under licensing and asset sale agreements, environmental contamination contribution actions, and complex litigation. Her experience also encompasses class action litigation in matters involving consumer claims, alleged securities fraud and personal injury.
