Meryl A.G. Gonchar will be a seminar participant at this year’s Atlantic Builders Convention. The annual event, hosted by the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA), will take place on March 26 & 27, 2014 at the Atlantic City Convention Center. Ms. Gonchar will be a panelist for the “Legal Trends I - Land Use Law” seminar on March 26, 2014. The seminar will feature a number of New Jersey’s leading land use attorneys who will review recent and significant changes in this area of the law and discuss their implications for the future.
Ms. Gonchar's practice encompasses all aspects of land use, zoning and related litigation. She represents property owners and developers in appearances before planning and zoning boards throughout the state, in connection with obtaining land use approvals and permits for residential, retail, office, industrial and mixed use projects. She also represents clients in land use, condemnation and related litigation before the Superior Court of New Jersey, including prerogative writ litigation. Ms. Gonchar’s diversified experience enables her to provide clients with continuity throughout the often long and complicated land development process. She assists clients throughout the entire life cycle of a development project; due diligence, acquisition, approvals and permitting, financing, leasing and/or sale. She is a member of the NJBA’s Legislative Committee.
