Greenbaum attorneys Steven Firkser and Michael J. Coskey will be on the faculty for the webinar “New Jersey Land Use and Zoning from Start to Finish,” which will be presented on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, from 9:00am – 4:30pm by the National Business Institute (NBI).

Additional program segments will address the fundamentals of land use and zoning (including a case law update), variances and conditional use permits, and local/regional/state considerations related to appealing zoning decisions.
