Robert S. Goldsmith, co-chair of the firm’s Redevelopment & Land Use Department, will speak at the seminar “Opportunity Zones – Learn How to Invest, Earn Capital Gains Credits and Stimulate Economic Development” on Friday, March 15, 2019. The free program will be held from 8:30am – 12:00pm at William Paterson University, and is sponsored by the Passaic County Division of Economic Development and the William Paterson University Small Business Development Center.
Mr. Goldsmith’s presentation will focus on “The Role of Your Development Attorney and the Opportunity Zone Investment.”
Mr. Goldsmith's practice focuses on redevelopment, downtown and urban revitalization, transit oriented development, project financing and incentives, sustainable building initiatives and public-private partnerships. His experience encompasses counseling clients on the specialized issues in redevelopment related to parking demand, design and construction.
