Raymond M. Brown, a partner in the firm's Litigation Department, will be a participant at “The Crisis in Sudan: Prospects for Justice and Peace,” sponsored by The Senate Human Rights Caucus and The Washington Working Group on the International Criminal Court.  The presentation will take place on June 23, 2015 at the Russell Senate Office Building in Washington, DC. Mr. Brown will be part of a panel that will discuss the prospects for accountability, justice and peacebuilding in Sudan.

Mr. Brown, chair of the firm’s International Human Rights Compliance Practice Group, concentrates his practice in white collar criminal defense, international human rights issues, internal investigations and complex commercial litigation. He has defended clients in state and federal courts and before administrative tribunals. He is a leading figure in the developing area of law related to the regulation and enforcement of business requirements for human rights compliance.
