Elyse H. Wolff, a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, will moderate a panel presentation at the New Jersey State Bar Association Construction Law Section CLE Meeting on Wednesday, January 10, 2018. The program will be held at the New Jersey Law Center from 6:00 – 8:00pm.
“The Palisades Decision: Yey or Nay?” will be a point/counter-point presentation on the New Jersey Supreme Court’s recent decision regarding statues of limitations in construction defect cases. Ms. Wolff authored the firm’s September 2017 Client Alert summarizing the Court’s ruling in The Palisades at Fort Lee Condominium Association, Inc. v. 100 Old Palisade, LLC, et al., which can be accessed here.
Ms. Wolff’s practice encompasses general commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis in the areas of employment, construction, condominium and community association law. She has been involved with numerous complex, multi-party construction defect and transition litigations, representing both developers and associations. She also provides general representation to associations, including the drafting of contracts, resolutions and amendments to governing documents.
