Michael K. Feinberg,a partner in the firm’s Tax, Trusts & Estates Department, will be on the faculty for the seminar “The Probate Process From Start to Finish,” to be presented on December 17, 2018 at the Crowne Plaza Princeton Conference Center in Princeton. The program will run from 8:30am – 4:40pm and is sponsored by the National Business Institute.
Mr. Feinberg will lecture on the topic of “Taking the First Step: Filing an Estate in Probate Court.” His segment will address:

- Roles and Responsibilities of the Executor
- Forms of Administering an Estate
- Reason to Challenge a Will in New Jersey
Mr. Feinberg's practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, elder law, wills and trusts, tax and business planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, and tax controversies.
