Robert J. Flanagan III, a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, will be on the faculty of “Warning … Watch Your Step,” an educational seminar focusing on slip, trip and fall claims.  The program will be held on Thursday, October 13 at the Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club in Bedminster Township, beginning at 9:30am.

Mr. Flanagan will be joined on the panel by speakers from Supreme-Metro Corp. and Brown and Brown Metro, Inc.  The panelists will discuss the handling of slip, trip and fall claims, liability protection techniques, necessary insurance coverage, the repair of potential trip and fall hazards, snow-related solutions and other topics.  This program will provide valuable information for property managers, board members and municipal employees, among others.

Mr. Flanagan’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, including substantial work in all aspects of civil litigation pre-trial, trial, equity and appellate practice. His experience encompasses banking and creditors’ rights, construction matters, minority shareholder disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, employment issues and white collar criminal defense.  Mr. Flanagan represents clients in debt collection matters for both consumer and commercial debts, including a large number of condominium homeowner associations.
