NJSBA 2026 Annual Meeting and Convention
8:45am – 10:00am

Greenbaum partner Frank A. Louis will be a panelist for the session “What's Mine is Mine. Creative Arguments for Exempt Assets” at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2026 Annual Meeting and Convention. The program is scheduled for Thursday, May 14 2026, from 8:45am – 10:00am, at the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City.

This program will address how premarital assets, inheritances, personal injury awards, and other exempt property are established. The session will explore creative arguments and tracing methods used both to confirm exempt assets and, in some cases, to bring them into the marital estate.

Frank serves on the NJSBA Family Law Section’s Executive Committee. As a member of the firm’s Family Law practice, he has over five decades of experience in the negotiation and litigation of economically complex divorce cases. He has deep expertise in the resolution of challenging valuation and alimony issues in high-net-worth cases and is broadly recognized as a preeminent member of the New Jersey family law Bar.
