Andrea J. Sullivan, a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Family Law Departments, has been appointed Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Business and Commercial Litigation Special Committee for the 2019-2020 term.

The Special Committee is charged with examining the need for specialized complementary dispute resolution for business disputes, education of the bench and bar in this area, the continuing goal to create a Business Part in the Law Division of the Superior Court, and to generally work with the courts to ensure that the needs of business clients are being met.

Ms. Sullivan's litigation practice encompasses the representation of individuals and business entities in commercial, estate, matrimonial, chancery litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.  She is a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and was named by the New Jersey Law Journal on its 2018 list of the "Top Women in the Law."  She serves on the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey State Bar Association and as co-Chair of the NJSBA Equity Jurisprudence Committee, and is a past president of the Middlesex County Bar Association.
