Jemi Goulian LuceyGreenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce that our partner Jemi Goulian Lucey was installed as Second Vice President of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey (AFBNJ) at the 48th Annual William J. Brennan, Jr. Award Reception, which was held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at the Park Chateau in East Brunswick.

In addition to the installation of the AFBNJ’s 2025-2026 slate of officers and trustees, the event recognized the Judges of the ReEntry Court and Pretrial Opportunity Program. The Honorable Madeline Cox Arleo, U.S.D.J., accepted the 2025 William J. Brennan, Jr. Award on behalf of her fellow honorees.

Jemi, who is currently the AFBNJ’s Treasurer, also serves on the organization’s Young Lawyers and Third Circuit Committees. A member of the firm’s Employment Law, Litigation and Healthcare  practices, Jemi also co-chairs the Higher Education practice. She is a trial attorney who focuses her practice on employment, higher education, and complex litigation matters in state and federal court, representing private and public entities, including institutions of higher learning, in employment discrimination and retaliation actions, professional negligence cases, Title IX claims, and general business disputes.
