Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce that Michael Goryelov has joined the firm as an associate in the Environmental Department.

Michael GoryelovMr. Goryelov assists in the firm's representation of clients in matters involving federal, state and local environmental statutes and regulatory requirements and their impact on real estate, business and lending transactions and business operations, including the resolution of issues related to solar development. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Mr. Goryelov first joined the firm as a law clerk. He received his J.D. from William & Mary Law School and earned his B.A. from the College of New Jersey. While attending law school, he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review and gained valuable experience in administrative document review as a legal assistant at a New York law firm. As an undergraduate student, Mr. Goryelov received the Regina Kenen Outstanding Thesis Award for his work on authoring and defending a 60-page thesis. He is fluent in German and proficient in French and Russian.
