Peter S. Reinhart, Of Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate and Redevelopment & Land Use Department, is the author of “Long-Term Issues Need Long-Term Solutions” an article on the value of long-term planning and other insights regarding New Jersey’s real estate sector, which is published in the September 2017 issue of Real Estate New Jersey.

Mr. Reinhart is the Director of the Kislak Real Estate Institute at Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ.  An influential and highly regarded member of New Jersey's professional real estate community, he is a specialist professor in Monmouth University's Real Estate program at the Kislak Institute, and as NJAR/Greenbaum/Ferguson Professor of Real Estate Policy, Mr. Reinhart teaches classes at both the undergraduate and MBA levels, including courses in Real Estate Development, Lease Analysis and Negotiation, Real Estate Law, Business Law, Redevelopment, and Constitutional Law.
