Raymond M. Brown, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, has been appointed a member of the American Bar Association’s Center for Human Rights, which addresses critical human rights issues, developing policy, projects, and educational initiatives to advance human rights both nationally and internationally. He has also been elected a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.

Chair of the firm’s White Collar Defense and Corporate & International Human Rights Compliance Practice Groups, Mr. Brown concentrates his practice in white collar criminal defense, international human rights issues, internal investigations and complex commercial litigation. He is a leading figure in the developing area of law related to the regulation and enforcement of business requirements for human rights compliance.

Mr. Brown is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Board of Criminal Lawyers. He is host of the Emmy Award winning New Jersey Network Program "Due Process” and a Visiting Professor and Research Scholar at Seton Hall University School of Law. He has also authored a variety of articles on a range of legal topics including human rights due diligence and corporate responsibility issues.
