Robert S. Goldsmith, co-Chair of the firm’s Redevelopment & Land Use Department, will receive the Associate of the Year Award from the New Jersey Builders Association in recognition of his dedication and commitment to the NJBA and the building industry in New Jersey.  

The NJBA Industry Awards Program was created more than 40 years ago to annually recognize the outstanding contributions of professionals in New Jersey’s building industry. This year, the NJBA Industry Awards Luncheon will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 1:00pm at The Stone Terrace by John Henry’s in Hamilton Township. 

Mr. Goldsmith’s practice focuses on redevelopment, downtown and urban revitalization, transit oriented development, project financing and incentives, sustainable building initiatives and public-private partnerships.
