Steven G. Mlenak, a member of the firm’s Community Association Practice Group, has been appointed to a one year term as Vice Chair of the 2020 Membership Committee of the Community Associations Institute New Jersey Chapter (CAI-NJ), effective January 1, 2020. 

In his role as Vice Chair, Mr. Mlenak will oversee and coordinate the Committee’s efforts to recruit new members and retain current members through outreach and other initiatives.  He will also be instrumental in the coordination of CAI-NJ’s Ambassador Program.  Mr. Mlenak previously served on CAI-NJ’s National Legislative Action Committee – NJ. He was recognized by the organization with its 2016 “Speaker of the Year" award and was the shared recipient of its 2014 “Committee of the Year" award for his work as a member of the National Legislative Action Committee - NJ.

Mr. Mlenak’s practice in the firm’s Real Estate and Redevelopment & Land Use Departments focuses in the areas of redevelopment, land use, zoning, and real estate development. He maintains a strong practice in the area of community association law, providing strategic guidance and general counseling to condominium and homeowners association clients across a broad range of legal issues.
