Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP announces with pride that two of the firm’s partners, Steven G. Mlenak and Steven Nudelman, have been selected as 2022 “Leaders in Law” honorees by NJBIZ. An event showcasing the legal professionals who received this year’s recognition is scheduled for Tuesday, May 24, 2022 from 8:00am – 10:00am at The Palace at Somerset Park.

According to NJBIZ, the publication’s selections for “Leaders in Law” recognize lawyers and general counsels “whose dedication to their occupation and to their communities is outstanding.” Following an open nomination period, honorees were chosen by a panel of independent judges with experience in the justice system.

Mr. Mlenak is Co-Chair of the firm’s Redevelopment & Land Use Department and Chair of the Financial Incentives & Economic Development Practice Group. His clients include property owners, developers and municipalities engaged in mixed use, residential, industrial, commercial, office, retail and affordable housing development projects throughout New Jersey. He also maintains a strong practice in the niche area of community association law, providing strategic and general counseling to condominium and homeowners association clients. He serves as Redevelopment Counsel to the New Jersey Builders Association, as a Director of the New Jersey State Bar Association Land Use Law Section, and as a Director and Treasurer of the Community Associations Institute - New Jersey Chapter.

Steven NudelmanMr. Nudelman is Chair of the firm’s Construction Contracting & Risk Management Practice Group and a member of the Real Estate and Litigation Departments. For over 25 years he has represented members of the construction industry across a broad spectrum of matters. On the transactional side, Mr. Nudelman works with owners and developers, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals to prepare and negotiate contract documents for construction projects in the New Jersey and New York metropolitan area. He also represents clients in construction litigation and disputes before federal and state courts and in mediations and arbitrations. He is a Charter Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America and Co-Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Construction Law Section.
