I learned the value of teamwork and collaboration as a Division One athlete, and I’ve carried that point of view with me into the practice of law. As a litigator, I work closely with clients to understand their needs, striking a balance between offensive and defensive strategies to target innovative and creative tactics that can successfully address disputed issues and achieve favorable outcomes.

Ms. Carroll concentrates her practice in litigation with an emphasis in healthcare. Her experience encompasses a variety of hospital medical staff litigations and hearings, as well as insurance defense and coverage matters involving general liability, professional liability, product liability, negligent security, wrongful death, and construction defect claims.
